Thanks to LCTITAN, today, my portfolio made new all time highs again, notwithstanding HEKTAR has been a drag since hitting a high of 72 sen 2 weeks ago. In fact, since 2 weeks ago, my portfolio made new all time highs 3 times, notwithstanding HEKTAR fell from 72 sen to 62 sen.

Expect shitty dividend this time. With an NTA above 1, maybe it would be better to liquadate this company and return all the money to the investors than continue this way.
bought into my very first reits counter HEKTAR at 0.545 (9.00am open price, 23 august 2024). improved revenue, EPS / distribution DPS due to new inclusion of KYS that seems yet to be reflected in price. one of the highest of not the highest DY reits counter. however, I am anticipating capital gain through market price increase due to the unreasonably high DY instead of investing for the long term DY itself. first reits I deemed as undervalue for trade. others seems to be traded at fair value therefore unable to attract my interest so far.
I agree but their portfolio of properties are not really attractive anymore. Very old and decreasing tenants. That is why I propose that the company fold up, dispose all the prperties and distribute the capital back to all the share holders.
@Justmeme agree and I love that idea, too bad management won't like the idea, rarely there is any entrepreneur that would like to fold up their business and go enjoy life with the money, they got addicted to keep running the business. it is like a child for them, not for sale
even at 1.9 cts, that is just for half year, full year assume another 1.9 cts, won't hard since they mentioned there is 1 off cost for kys this QR. assuming 3.8 cts for whole year that would still be 3.8 / 0.54 = 7%, a fantastic DY at current market price
topped up a few more HEKTAR at 0.555 (26 august 2024), need a bigger stakes here this counter while it is still near bottom so can offload stage by stages when the price go up
last year Q4 is 2.3/2.7 = 85% of Q2 so assume this year Q4 is also 85% of Q2 = 1.9 x 85% = 1.2 so expected DY for 2024 based on current price is (1.2 + 1.9) / 52 = 5.9%
declining DPS has to be monitored but it's new inclusion of KYS has good potential to stop or even reverse the declining trend, so it is worth to enter and monitor at this point while DY is maintained at near 6% due to **low share price**
so far for the current QR the performance is satisfying base on both qoq and yoy, while revenue is breaking all time new high (probably due to new inclusion of KYS)
hi guys, anyone know how to apply to hektar dividend reinvestment plan? I tried with bursa anywhere but it says I have no DRP available for reinvest. I am sure holding my share prior and pass the exdate. is it the application has yet to open or we need to apply it other way other than bursa anywhere apps?
