Kindly note MQREIT’s policy is to distribute on a semi-annual basis i.e. usually after 2Q and 4Q results. However, for FY2015 there was a special distribution because of a fund raising exercise that completed in that year. Prior to the issuance of the new units from a fund raising exercise, it is a policy for MQREIT to distribute to existing unitholders before the new units holders come on board, hence the reason for the special distribution.

Detailed below is the distribution amounts with the corresponding period and paid out dates for your reference:

Special
**1.88 sen (for period 24 Mar 2015 – 30 June 2015) – paid on 28 Aug 2015

1st distribution

4.10 sen (for period 1 Jan 2014 – 30 June 2014) – paid on 29 Aug 2014

2.22 sen (for period 1 Jan 2015 – 23 Mar 2015) – paid on 15 Apr 2015

4.23 sen (for period 1 Jan 2016 – 30 June 2016) – paid on 8 Sept 2016

4.23 sen (for period 1 Jan 2017 – 30 June 2017) – paid on 18 Sept 2017

2nd distribution (final)
4.28 sen (for period 1 Jul 2014 – 31 Dec 2014) paid on 27 Feb 2015

4.37 sen (for period 1 Jul 2015 – 31 Dec 2015) paid on 29 Feb 2016

4.15 sen (for period 1 July 2016 16 Dec 2016) – paid on 13 Jan 2017


2nd distribution for FY17

***To be announced sometime in Jan/Feb 2018
