If you read carefully, you see what happened was MCO operations cost came down for offices but MQ did not do rent rebate for office tenants. That is why net profit grew lol

MQREIT is a lot more resilient than other retail REITs. Once contract is signed, it's for a few years and most of them are huge companies. Only concern is Platinum Sentral. Current price is a steal for stable dividend for the next 2 years. Close to being as good as my beef wellington.
Oh nice. I was wondering when they were finally going to get rid of this useless vacant building. Hopefully they use this money to pay down on their borrowings or give to us unit holders
