well they have till end of this month or need to file again another extension subject to authority approval. it will take sometime in corporate restructuring.. hope for the best.. china invasion already started so why not perwaja take the bait and join the game..no much infor given except the sign mou and master framework just waiting for supplementary framework..are they finalise and approval by authority?.. the china has done its due diligence again we hope for the best..gesh waiting game is killing me..i hope they rewards us for staying with them till the end or screw us all over

china steel over supply thats why they flood their steel and selling at low price in the local market and other market.. for me if they open here they have advantages .. they can avoid the duty since its locally made.. price wise depend on cost per production.. china steel import stil lucarative but the duty is killing it.. again customs already had their raid few days ago.. so this is the only legal way from them to do it..

if could not be submit restructuring plan (approved by major creditors especially the banks) by end March, counter will face delisting from Bursa. Just be cautious, may not worth taking risk.

they can still try to get another extension.. hopefully.. but they told us both party agree on terms just waiting for supplementary.. oh well if they delisted worth a good knowledge to gain... ppl buying up willing to take the risk or just pure speculation.. for me im willing to take the risk thats me ..my lost is minimal..it will be good fortune if the deal go through.. i will be a happy man.. but if lost then i take it as lesson learn.. what comes down go up and vice versa.. cheers..all the best guy..

Zero 186 has the right attitude investing as he has taken risk involved. Chinese will not put such money into this kind of heavily indebted company and under current global steel market down turn. They will buy IPPs assets, build HS Train, real asset like Bandar 1MDB or Felda, not those aged steel making machines besides their huge debt and legacy problems.

If money RM1.8B was really or is going to be injected into the company as reported The Sun Daily, why the biggest shareholder (in the photo in the paper) sold his shares at 12 cents and not wait for them to fly to 20 cts or higher? Do not believe this kind of stories, which until now, rescue plan not submitted to Bursa. Wait for end March. if u inject money, then u need to buy share from current big shareholder (that's why the selling share from the biggest shareholder) & big shareholder who wanna exit must let go their shares; anyway if u look at TA of Perwaja, SMA:10 > SMA:20 is already heading up and something is brewing of which all of us here has no clues on what's going on.
