Just wondering why is profit margin is so low. Even the revenue hits 1B but net profit is 3%-4% only.
the 2017 and 2018 AR show it has negative cash flow from operation......

ya. me too. about two years back few quarters profit very strong, dunno why profit suddenly drop to this level and cannot improve for few quarters. i remember got one interview with the management when the price at above RM1 that time, the management still say the PE low for a growth stock. but after that profit drop. no clue what is happen

where did you see the negative cash flow titus? Based on later Quarter report, the cash flow is positive, RM5m+. Based on 2018 Yearly report, overall cashflow is negative RM-20m+, but the "Operating profit before working capital changes" is RM40m+. The -RM20m was mainly caused by some investment and capital changes which I think not permanent.

I expect for Samchem to get a better IPO price and premium to list in Vietnam, they must wait China and US trade to settle down first, once that is done, they will announce the Vietnam listing news. Slowly accumulate this counter, at least good dividend to receipt every quarter. Nothing to worry. Borrowing is reduced as shown in the recent quarter report.

MK76, when looking at dividend, just look at the 4 recent quarters not by year. They will announce another date for the new dividend later. 6.8% dividends yield for PE=8. What else you ask for?

RHB Retail Research said Samchem Holdings Bhd may climb higher after forming a white candle and leaving an upside gap.
