UEM most land bank are in Johor.. latest news saying that Johor state Gov will impose new tax regime to developer if to develop land in Johor. Second, our abang jib in his budget also not emphasis much to helping developer.

will see, i just back from beijing, you know how much it sell per Meter square? avg 47000 RMB. Property die? Dreaming to buy prime area? Bukit bintang how much PSF? RM1500!! The only thing is every property and construction player look and see, how gearing high owe bank money the die first. UEMS asset is landbank, not like construction need to buy the land to build. think of it. Panic sell everytime also got, let see loh

yep uems own prime land..good for long term investor..i.e buy while all what ever negative that drag down the price and once all the negative gone will fly like no other day...

just coincident or not as if all most of bad n good events like tex in case of uems, meena holding incase of zelan etc are properly planned to the respective conter game play....n for last few months as if it was for bad news n my very big guess for next few months would be good sprise news for alot of counters especially for construction sectors such new award, extra profit etc...to push up the mkt...

The same game is also happening at the global big picture..... for EU USA cina etc...

The reality in playing GLC Call warrants is that once near expiry for ANY of the issued CW, 1 mkt maker/syndicate is capable to killing ALL CW issues simply by culling the mother share...

The issuing IB/syndicate share the spoils amongst themselves...while gullible traders/retailers continue clinging on to toilet paper hopes...and repeat this MO all over again

Besides IPO, this is about the only way IBs can maintain their profitability. Open mkt trade on mother share is too competitive & razor thin margin for them. Useless SC/Bursa don't have proper laws in place (esp on liquidity hoarding) to protect retailers

Which makes them just as useless & leeching as our MO1 Gomen..
