I kept Pm Corp for almost 8 years already. Another one called UMW I kept from year 2004 (12 years ago) at Rm2.40. Prices peaked over Rm14.00 and fell back now.

Others I bought in year 2006 were TASEK CEMENT at Rm2.90. TASEK Shot Up to over Rm16.00. CMSB at Rm2.20. CMSB Turned into Blue Chip over Rm10.00 and split later. Lafarge is the best. I got it near rock bottom at only 66 cts. Lafarge also crossed Rm10.00 a blue chip.

I remember the day I bought Lafarge at 66 cts in year 2006. People were throwing by the millions when I bought it at only 66 cts.

So I don't care whether UEMS is Rm1.20 or Rm1.00 or 80 cts or even 50 cts.

I will just buy it as the price goes lower and lower!

I remember I bought Pm Corp at 15 cts. I also kept up buying and buying Pm Corp at 13 cts, then 10 cts, I bought even more Pm Corp at 9 cts.

Pm Corp stood still at 9 cents day in day out for almost 2 long years.

I told all my Johor Buddy to buy Pm Corp at 9 cts. Some did but many were afraid to buy.

And Pm Corp crashed to the all time low of only 7.5 cts.

People were saying Pm Corp will go bankrupt if it can fall to only 7.5 cts.

So what, only Calvin the lion heart with nerve of steel went in to BUY PM CORP AT 7.5 CENTS.

So I have learnt to BUY DEEP VALUE STOCKS AT DEEP DISCOUNT & HOLD IT VERY TIGHTLY - TENACIOUSLY TILL ONE FINE DAY THE MARKET WAKES UP AND DISCOVER ITS POTENTIAL.......

For UEMS?

I look forward to buy more on weakness.

Msia govt increase the import duty for steel start end of sept, it's a way to protect local company from the cheap selling china steel, good news for property sector again, which is modal increase, no people will sell cheap house and this can maintain the margin, bad news for those naive people always hope the house pricing go down, which is in my life never see property price go down in PRIME AREA. Plus, government s re-consider the DIBS option again, which is really a boost. This is a message from the top side, they want to rescue property market, previous move like increase on RPGT and cancel of DIBS impact is too big. Sooner we will see lots and lots of loosen measure on loan policy, cause almost every bank is suffering these years. So, property sector never die. Housing data is a major economy indicator, govt lately crazy pumping money for infrastructure, making the GDP number look great. To fulfill wawasan 2020,they need to "manipulate" more data on it, so property stimulus is one of the way. This is fundamental, not buy low sell high day trader minded, i won't let my remiser fat
