Nov 2022 0.185 now is 0.82 you think 11 month they are marking 300% revenue to support the share price up 300%? No totally not and they are still making lose until 2026 especially current high inflation high Sst high running cost. Now the share price is goreng up actually the comoany only worth 0.59

TOTAL top 30 largest sharesholders = 83.34 %

Strong holders accumulated for some years, may be can distribute some shares to retailers.

Uems has a lot of lands especially in johor, undervalued.
it was goreng up few times based on
Waiver of RPGT during 2006 - 2007, DIBS, low Interest rate for properties, Bandar Malaysia, HSR,
shares price sometime go up ahead of fundamentals,
Sometime lagging behind, sometime No fundamentals at all also can goreng up
Like many penny stocks during 2020 - 2021,
Dataprep from below 0.20 to above 4.00+ within few month,
EURO from below 20 sen to above 6.0
Hongseng, LKL, HLT HWGB, CFM, FOCUS, and many others

If a lot of retailers Bought around 0.94 to 0.85, they can press down to 0.71, after retailers
Panic, cut loss, or take profit ( if Bought around 0.3to 0.60), they can push up again
If those retailers Bought above 1.0 few years ago and sell to the strong holders, then they will push higher and wait for retailers to buy back at higher price.

If all the old theme / stories, Hsr, bandar Malaysia, MMH2 revised and come back again, the share price can go higher

still hold. ep at 52c but average up to 61c. made a mistake not to tp when price hit 94c but nevermind. rebound 50ma seems good sign for me. so, i'll just wait to see where it will go after this.
