The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Multi Sports Holdings Ltd wishes to update that the Company has met with the Auditors, Messrs. RT LLP to discuss the 2015 audit and the issues that had prevented the submission of the audited financial statements for the financial year 31 December 2015 (“AFS 2015”) and is now working towards resolving and addressing the issues to allow the AFS 2015 to be submitted.



The Board wishes to further announce that the Company has failed to submit its QR 30 June 2016 on 31 August 2016 and the QR 30 September 2016 will not be available for submission to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) by 30 November 2016 (Collectively referred to as “Outstanding Quarter Results”). This is due to the fact that the Board was newly appointed on 4 October 2016 and the Board is in the midst of addressing the outstanding regulatory requirements and issues. In addition, the Board also requires additional time to gather and check the necessary financial information prior to the issuance of the Outstanding Quarter Results.



The Board expects to issue the outstanding 2015 Annual Reports and the Outstanding Quarter Results by or before 14 February 2017.



The Board will make further announcement to Bursa Securities on the development of the above matters in due course.



This announcement is dated 29 November 2016.

If the audit issues can be resolved easily, Lin would not drag it until now. It will probably be forensic audit, discovering how the company assets are misappropriated.
