How to determine "keep selling" from insider
1. It happen with consecutive 3 days generally.
2. It ended up with the decline in price with high selling pressure from market.
3. The stock has no foreseeable future with the loss of profit, loss of demand on their product.
None of above have met the criteria for "keep selling" from directors. In my view, investors has started to eye on this stock, thats the reason why it became one of the most active stock since last week and today. Check it out, most of the stock are rising in the midst of selling action from insider, in fact they provide more liquidity for market to determine its value on his remaining share on hand. Don't mislead by those who has no any single stock on hand. They just wanna enter with the lower price compare to yours? XD
