HDD shortage may not be certain as many are switching to SSD to increase the plotting speed.

But some prefer slow farming if he/she is doing it part-time. HDD is for part-time farmers.

JCY will benefit from HDD shortages as they manufacture and sell HDD components... but not so confident about the mgt since they have such small mentality.
