If you study it's financial statements carefully, you will notice that Vstecs have one of the highest EPS among all tech stocks. The whole balance sheet is very strong. This might due to its prudent management. All its fundamental passed my criteria.

is US treasury yield rise, overvalue stock fall. VSTECS overvalue? more undervalue with direct benefit frrom PERMAI and DIDIK to boost sales and indirect benefit from MYDIGITAL BLUEPRINT where a lot of company will buy from vstecs for digital transformation.

VSTECS Bhd’s net profit for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2020 (4QFY20) grew almost 20% to RM12.87 million the highest quarterly net profit on record compared with RM10.74 million last year driven by the new normal of working and learning from home.

The Board of Directors of VSTECS wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened for the following proposals:-



1. Proposed renewal of authority for the Company to purchase its own shares; and

2. Proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature.

(Collectively referred as "Proposals")

The Circular/Statement containing information on the above mentioned Proposals will be issued to the shareholders of VSTECS in due course.

Go to your screen and choose technology sector. You can see that Vstecs is one of the highest EPS tech stock and low PE. It has never registered any losses in any quarter due to its good management. Just that 9 out of 10 people are not aware of such counter.

Jcy is one of the worst tech company. Very high PE. Unstable profit/loss. No shareholders value. Totally a broken tech counter.

I never put money into a rubbish counter. I am a value investor and I don't speculate anymore. All my decisions are based on fundamental. The way I choose Public Bank than other banks are enough to substantiate it.
