IB is goreng too much...trapped lot of people upside and waiting them to dump.
First: Waiting people to cut loss
Second: Wait IDSS reopen for public
Third: Used Fund earned from glove stock to goreng other theme play
Forth: Cover RSS when price drop to range 6.00-6.40

if Harta price continues to fall, I will kutip. Thankfully my other counter price rebound slightly. Can trade for Harta. Glove price low is to our benefit, can buy low.

Somehow I worry price will continue to fall below 6 in the coming months. Let's see

I am not a shareholder and never was but wished I had invested many years ago. Just read the MaybankIB research report dated 4th Aug 2021 and would like to share the below:

1. TP has been reduced from RM9.80 to RM6.80 due to rapid reduction in ASP prices.
2. Maybank has shared the Key risk to be - Rising competition may hit profitability. It is forecasted that there will be a surplus in production capacity exceeding demand by 18% in 2023, followed by a 49% surplus in production capacity by 2024, according to Vital Factor analysis. Oversupply would lead to the decline in ASP and could potentially adversely affect Hartalega’s profitability

When a certain sector makes lots of money, soon after there is usually more competition. As some might know even Mah Sing a property developer is now a glove producer. China, Thailand and others are ramping up production in addition to Malaysian producers causing an oversupply in gloves. All this will happen as vaccinations ramp-up and we head closer to herd immunity. So it will be a double whammy of surplus gloves and less demand due to Covid.

Lawman....the cycle is like that.
First, every rush to come in when there is a chance to make money
Second, You are not able to compete to those long existence and well experience company. Although at this point you still making profit
Third, Demand start to drops, margin less or can't even the cost.
Forth, only well established company can stand firm in this cycle.
Fifth, New comers have to cease operation because making loss.
Sixth, supply and demand back to equilibrium.
Last, still the top 4 standing there

From a technical standpoint, double bottom is formed. The second bottom is only 2 to 3 percent fall from the first bottom....Looks like only way is rising up from here..

From now on, glove sectors will be strongly supported to support the index. Bank counters are already very high, glove sectors has all the reasons to be well supported this round. We will see glove counters green for a few days. And eventually new uptrend will happen. Definitely, the bull wont be as strong as last year s but, gloves sectors deserve a better valuation. The virus is showing no sign of slowing down.
