Total assets for Cypark is 2.7b; net asset is 1.2b
Main components for the total assets 2.7b:
1. PPE 0.5b - stated at cost less depreciation
2. Intangible asset 0.9b - stated at cost, tested no impairment compared to the present value of 20-year cashflow projections
3. Contract asset 0.8b - value based on total proceeds receivable under the contract, which are yet to bill
4. Cash balance 0.3b
5. Receivables 0.2b

from the above the Net Asset already represent fair value of the company's equity, divided by number of shares it should be the intrinsic value

Account receivables increasing faster than the increase in sales.

Taking in more debts to finance its growth, which is lack-lustre at best today. With interest rates rising due to inflation, interest payment to service debt will rise.

Still require huge capital expenditure to grow and maintain its business. Young businesses will need huge capex in its early phases.

Net operating cash flows were negative.

Dividends omitted the last 2 years due to need to conserve. Not able to pay dividend, this might have impacted on its share prices too.
Free cash flows continue to be negative, and increasingly so.


Where are the owners' earnings?
When will the net operating cash flows and FCFs turn positive?

Integrity: net operating cash flow because 2020 and 2021 they heavily spending on capex. Build LSS2 DTU and WTE. This project is expected completed on end of september22. And start generating positive cash flowfor next 25-30years. Currently earning from REsegment and latest from sik kedah solar plant which start operating january this year. We will see that income on latest coming QR end of this month.

Stock is grossly oversold, having plunged from 0.755 to 0.31 in just 4 short weeks. It is at multi year low.

2) PPE
3) Margin
4) Capex
5) Cash Flow

You will understand why this stock value plunged.
