Equal to NTA $2 per share
Net asset consist of
Share capital 497mil
Retained earning 523 mill
And perpectual sukuk 208million.
Question : Why perpectual sukuk is added in to asset ? What is the rational ?
Can any "Sifu/Master" here help to clear the doubt ?. Ths in advance

Net asset = totol quity = total assets - total liabilities

u need to understand the basic of accounting 1st, how BS work.

perpectual sukuk is treated as equity instead of liabilities as it met certain criteria to be equity, u can see in the financial statements too.

If you understand the company inside-out, you can be confident in your assessment of its intrinsic value.

If you are unable to understand its business, and you are not able to calculate its intrinsic value (for various reasons), just move on and search for another company to invest into.

do not apply intrinsic value so much on this company, this is not a normal company, u will fail totally if blindly follow intrinsic value.

ask ur self, what the hell both founder dispose such a large number of shares? ur DCF may tell u this and that, but all is ur own assumption, the truth is how solid is ur assumption? if everything is so good, why not the founder buy now at 30cent?
