let them lah, people still got big hope cypark will rebound back to rm1. director selling is caused by the force sell, epf selling is also just common practice. don't kacau their hope, they are dreaming big to win 100%+ out from cypark with current price
Government already saved many GLCs but they are predictable. GERENTI will request BAILOUT again. Country have spent more than RM85 BILLIONS on bailouts of Bumi/GLC companies.
If you guys want sell, sell with higher price. Short seller are collecting at 0.37 ~ 0.38. The cost will increase if they can't buy back the share they dump.

Alot of peoples bought this stock because of its low P/E and its profitable thinking its a good company. Can't blame them but if the valuation of company is based solely on this 2 simple matrix, everyone will be rich, because its too easy to spot
WTE book value snowballed to RM900+ million at 31 Mar...for 20MW???!!!. 2021 AR guided annual revenue from WTE RM80 mil.....how to make money? Left 21 years....annual amortisation already RM43 mil.....every year interest capitalised (from AR) RM23 million (with rising interest rate)....just these 2 cost already RM66 million.....what about operating cost like fuel to burn and electricity ?
steven, i think u r wrong. RM900 mil sit at IA ady inclusive of interest expense capitalised. so the annual amortisation of RM43mil is inclusive of inter expenses too. u cannot add 43 + 23 = 66.

This yearly interest of RM20+ million will continue after completion. During the construction period, they are capitalised, which partly explains IA value going up every year. What happens to this ANNUAL interest once they commercialise the project? Won't it be expensed out?
