I'd like to chip in if I may. Consolidation is healthy for this counter. It's not a penny stock susceptible to such speculation. I'm holding for the long term regardless of the outcome.

The facts are as follows : Sarawak wants a bank and LTAT needs to raise money for debt obligations and one way is to pare down its stake in Affin.

Affin Bank as long as trading above 2.15 the uptrend remains valid. Not sure what caused the deep pull back but technically the correction is within expectation.

My outlook for Affin for debate (I could be wrong of course):

We might see prices below MYR2.20 before climbing back again towards MYR3.

I have no plans to buy again unless I see prices below MYR2.20.
