Now that things are at standstill Netx has 2 advantages

1) NFCP being National Telecommunication will still go on as planned while others stop work

2) Netx Rm34 Millions Cash in Bank will be still earning interest

(Johnchew Zelan on the other hand will have Rm500 Billions debt bomb piling up interest. Shootup Benalec stopped work but Directors will still siphon off another Rm8 millions fees)

Calvin I got buy.Please.Why I keep Benalec not to.....That not much land reclamation company in Malaysia.U will be surprise Our new PM will announce something which Benefit Benalec.He from Johor.Johor people will help back Johor people somehow.It may be 3 big fund(Tabung Haji,PNB,EPF)announce takeover of Benalec.Restructure.And Relist.30 cents is 250 million.40 cents is 340 million.Why people sell it look stupid.

Please, go and buy Benalec rm 15k.Project already in 3-4 years.Usually net profit will start flowing in after 3 rd year.But losses due to impairment of many assets,equipment,machinery(for few years).

Wow this is a shit investor indeed. Going to other sites to promote his own held stocks after buying and telling other to push up so he doesn't show losses.

Someone bought shares from 1 cent to 1.5 cent to 2 cents, now losing value and money.

Embarrassing indeed. This is not how to become a top investor, by insulting other stocks and promoting themselves.

This is his long term results. Poor indeed, very low class investor.

Peter,Wht ur cost below 20 cents ok.At least u know there not much oil storage facility in Asean and Malaysia.That y Benalec had licence to reclaim land in Johor for oil storage,for industry,for port.Put it long term reward will be very big.

The biggest risk for Benalec is the Put Option on 5th anniversary on the RM 200 m Redeemable Convertible Secured Bond issued in April 2015 that will happen very soon. Does the company has the cash to pay? The time bomb is ticking!

Benalec not just on reclamation on oil and gas,but industrial,port and property.Look at Penang reclaim land for its people.Benalec can reclaim land on Melaka,Johor and Selangor(partly).
