with the same experience on permaju, luckily i didn't follow ST to buy benalec yesterday where it drop further today. ST, 2-3 months ago your TP for permaju is 0.7 (where it never hit and far away from the TP), what is your TP for benalec? hehe

dknycom, aiyah don't everyday look at the price of Benalec and curse everyday. Be a long-term investor. Buy a good company at a reasonable price for long-term. Don't be disturb by the everyday noise. I know many analysts recommended it with a high target price. But actually what is so good about Benalec ah?

Is Benalec such an exciting stock to invest? A manufacturer of land, reclaim and sell at high price, with net profit margin >50%. How can it go wrong? So said all the stock analysts. But how come the price never fly sky high as expected by these analysts? Again everyone projected how much earnings it can make, but do not care about how much cash it can bring back for the shareholders. More than hundred million RM tied up in receivables. Another good way to do is hold up payments for suppliers and subcontractors loh. Negative cash flows from operations. Got to find money for paying dividends and buyig equipment and other capital expenses. So one way is a private share placement. May be next year wil be better, get more political contacts, manufacture more land, sell more more land, and most important of all, collect all the money owed by debtors. Also must pay your subcons and suppliers too.
