I sold all mine.... Not much development in northern as compared to other new players in this region. The existing projects in tambun area are mostly sold out and I don't see any other big project which will be launched soon or in the future....
Good opportunity to accumulate at rm1.42 recently. just wait for rebound when more good news such as 2nd Penang Bridge and others development around this area.
speaking from experience, there was once i bought during the QE tapering at Sept'13 (last year). The counter was performing quite well - hence, i bought at RM1.54 - and then, viola the next few weeks, the counter drop to RM1.30. Hehehe...nearly heart attack... hence, learning from this experience, patience is a virtue. Wait until it drops back to RM1.40 and below, and then start to accumulate further. Anyway, for buyers - the downward pressure on KLCI now is helping us buyers to accumulate more at bargain prices. In my books, bargain prices is at RM1.40 and below. Just need to wait....
Based on bloomberg quotes, the Q4 result will be announced by 21st Feb.
Anyway, I believe the article in Forbes Asia might have caught the attention of foreign funds. After a low RM1.42, the share has rebound to RM1.57 today. It has been twice since when the price is just about to move upwards, the QE tapering fear bogged it down. Hopefully the 3rd attempt to chart new high beyond RM1.62 won't be hampered by QE tapering issues again.
The spillover effect will not shown immediately right after 2nd link open, but it will bring up the land value slowly for sure. Tambun is in the right position to see stronger sales moving ahead.
