租金回酬7至8% 恒大置地商业园明年起进账

（峇都加湾12日讯）恒大置地（TAMBUN，5191，主板产业股）预测，明年开始可从新邦安拨43.3公顷的商业园项目，取得重复性收入。

公司董事经理郑克生表示，位于公司旗舰城镇———珍珠城（Pearl City）的商业园，备有多项设施，包括购物广场、国际学校、医药中心和退休村庄。

他受访时表示，这个项目预计带来7至8%的租金回酬。

被誉为威省领先商业中心之一的珍珠城商业园，第一期发展包括建筑成本3800万令吉的国际学校，以及3000万令吉的购物广场。

去年12月，恒大置地宣布会在槟城兴建国际学校，并把GEMS国际学校租给营运商———GEMS Maju长达30年。

国际学校占地3.24公顷，建筑面积达1万8580平方米，预计在今年动工，2015年中竣工。

郑克生说，购物广场建筑工程预计在今年次季开始，建筑面积达29万平方尺。

他表示，公司在珍珠城有202.3公顷土地，未来会用以发展新邦安拨综合发展项目。

（槟城14日讯）本报探悉，槟城第二大桥或在3月1日由首相主持通车仪式，并预料在通车后开放给公路使用者免费使用一个月。

阿兹兹：工程部决定日期

不过，通车仪式的日期仍需视首相拿督斯里纳吉的行程表来定夺。至于收费也还需等待当局的公布。槟城第二大桥有限公司公关联系部副经理阿兹兹在接受本报访问时表示，根据原定计划，第二大桥预料在2月杪或3月进行通车仪式。至于正确的日期则交由公共工程部和首相署联系，作最后敲定。

他指出，槟城第二大桥已近乎100%完工，不过，通车日期还需由公共工程部决定。“二桥公司将于本星期内展开系统测试，包括监督交通流量、大道收费系统、美化等。”

衔接槟城峇都茅和威南峇都加湾的槟城第二大桥耗资45亿令吉，全长24公里，其中16.9公里为跨海，由大马第二大桥有限公司和中国港湾联合兴建，是东南亚最长的大桥

glad to see the price inching upwards.

Moving forwards I would like to see Tambun diversify from Penang market. Maybe they can carry out M&A with other property companies. IMHO, an M&A with Titijaya would be ideal. Almost the same size, they cater two important markets which are Penang and Selangor. Market cap will shoot up to above RM1 billion and made them eligible to be invested by funds..

（槟城14日讯）槟城第二大桥3月1日通车，其中，更破天荒在夜间进行通车仪式！

据马新社报道，耗资45亿令吉的槟城第二大桥，预料将于3月1日启用，其中，一旦开始启用，这座中央政府进行的大桥将减缓槟城大桥25%塞车问题，预料每天车流量10万辆。

值得一提的是，有别槟城大桥的通车仪式，槟二桥通车仪式将在夜间进行，除了避开炎热的天气外，更能让人见识二桥美丽璀璨的灯饰。

另外，除了工程部长、交通部长，以及槟州首长外，首相伉俪及中国驻马大使都是受邀嘉宾。

槟城第二大桥全长24公里，16.9公里跨越大海，连接槟岛的峇都茅及威南峇都加湾，是东南亚最长的桥。
