3）公司基本面強穩，業務前景因為歐洲，特別是德國走向復甦而受惠。
4）Herlitz擁有11家海外子公司，生產設備分布波蘭、羅馬尼亞、英國與德國。這間公司首席執行員舒曼表示，公司在過去4年，已精簡業務操作，並增加競爭力，同時投資發展新產品，以強化品牌。
5）2010-2-10 。每持2現有股可認購1可棄權附加股，每股發售價為1.10令吉。

持股减至5.93%
10）总之还须看接下来的业绩表现，由于之前附加股为1,10，中国文具用1,06购pelikan股票,因此我估算目标价有 1元.

a)新加入成員chia chor meng 莫非也看到机会.

个人觉得0.67价位进入,风险己相对低,当今年成功有净利时,各股东争取进入,将轻易把股价推向近1元.把握进场良机.
公司资产为15.6亿
债务为10.1亿
现金为7435万
每股资产为1.05
至2013年6月止（二季亏44.7万）
