BIMB 准延购大马回银 6月30日截止

（吉隆坡8日讯）BIMB控股（BIMB，5258，主板金融股）向马交所报备，国行已批准延长与迪拜金融集团（DFG）及大马朝圣基金局、洽购大马回教银行30.5%股权的截止日期。

文告指出，BIMB控股上周五（4月5日）收到国行回函，表示同意延长洽购截止日期至今年6月30日。

国行去年10月份批准上述洽购计划，截止日期落在今年3月31日。

市场对于上述发展相当看好，并相信有助减少小股东盈利外流以及加强每股盈利。

较早前曾有报道指出，BIMB控股有意让大马回教银行取代上市地位的计划、让迪拜金融集团看起来更有吸引力。

消息指出，BIMB控股与迪拜金融集团就大马回教银行股权洽购陷入僵局，而大马朝圣基金局可能着手前者与Muamalat银行的并购计划。

大马回教银行是国内第三大回银，BIMB控股为最大股东，持股51%，朝圣基金局则持有18.5%。

　（吉隆坡8日訊）伊銀控股（BIMB，5258，主要板金融）獲國家銀行批准，延長與朝聖基金局（Lembaga Tabung Haji），洽購迪拜金融集團（Dubai Financial Group）30%股權的期限。

　根據《星報》報導，伊銀控股今日指出，說明該公司已獲國行信件，信件內國行指出“對延期時間沒有異議”，並指出該洽談一案，必須于6月30日前完成。

　“國行于信件中指出，當事人必須確保洽商一案，最后期限為2013年6月30日；公司將透過伊斯蘭銀行（Bank Islam Negara Malaysia），收購並持有迪拜金融集團的30%的股權。”

　依據《彭博社》資料，朝聖基金局是伊銀控股最大的股東，持有后者51.8%，或5億5259萬股。公積金局（EPF）則持有伊銀控股9.53%，或1億166萬股權。

Based on the financial results, dividends payout, EPF and LT Haji collecting and the charts showing in less than 3 years the price was about Rm1.20 then, so I have been saying all along that it will touch Rm4.00 in two years time ..... timing is all that matters but it will definitely climb to the level of the other banks .....e.g RHB, Takaful etc..

Pradeep ..... today's news " M&A update on BIMB. We believe that there is a possibility of potential corporate actions by BIMB management to unlock the stock’s value. Recently, BIMB announced that it had started talks to buy Tabung Haji's 18.5% stake in Bank Islam. BIMB owns 51 per cent of Bank Islam with the remaining 30.5% stake held by Dubai Financial Group (DFG). BIMB has already begun discussions with DFG to acquire its 30.5% interest in Bank Islam and has till the end of June to announce the result of the discussions. BIMB is also searching for a better proposal to unlock its value with the possibility of Bank Islam potentially assuming BIMB’s listing status. We rate BIMB a OUTPERFORM with an unchanged TP of RM4.10. " Once this is realized the potential is great.
