Yup, gamuda Vietnam property is shooting up, the sale make up as high as 60% of Gamuda total sale in last Q1 result.

Gamuda also have launched its Australia housing project and should reflect in upcoming Q2 sale value.

In addition, Gamuda also have further diversify property project in Singapore, to launched by these month

Gamuda profit profile in last Q1 result:

Expressway/water : 51%
Construction: 27%
Property development: 22%


Remark 1: Gamuda control 70% kesas highway, 30% direct stake in sprint, 50% SMART tunnel; 48% Litrak which in turn control 100% LDP and 50% sprint.

Remark 2: LDP, SMART and Sprint highway already granted toll hike in last 15 Oct 2015, therefore, the impact on profit will be reflect in Gamuda upcoming Q2 result.

Remark 3: KESAS will entitle toll hike these year. In additions, LDP will also entitle another round of toll hike these year 2016 too...but....delay till June for gov to make final decision or opt for compensation

Remark 4: Gamuda control 40% splash, the largest water treatment producer in Selangor. Now is pending State selangor to reinstate take offer based on splash book value, worth up to now already RM 3.0 billion....Gamuda stake worth RM 1.2 billion or 50sen/share

in america last time got one kind of way . using super computer to trade super fast matching buy and sell in second to make half cent and cents . but got ban because not fair for public . they make tons of money by doing it .

Yr Sifu made few cents gain on Pos n Puncak n left happily...he missed the big gain later.....

I am not sure whether his style is really good but he seems to be happy for his gain...also good lah as long as can make money....but I doubt if anyone can copycat his pattern and do well like him...

MMC-Gamuda is a JV..MMC and Gamuda are togerther in this...but they are neck in neck with a chinese firm...gov projects are hard to say...it depends who can "offer" more cutting edge technology(if you know what i mean)...
