construction stocks are like that, for example, if u priced in all the contract wins (profits), n it is worth RM4.50 n u buy it at that price, there is no upside, therefore ppl will sell now instead of holding it, there are risks associated with holding

investors might hold the stock if it has already priced in current wins if there is POTENTIAL for further wins, which currently is unlikely given the DC theme has died, thus no SURPRISE WINS in future, investors will just take profits and sell first
