haha..remember money is only a middleman YOU USE TO EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT..THAT IS WHY IS CALL TRADING...we human trade stuff for stuff or service...money is not real ..it just to facilitate us humans to EXCHANGE STUFF EASIER..
AND MONEY IS NOT FAIR..COS SOME PRODUCT IS MORE EXPENSIVE JUST BECAUSE OF NAME..EXAMPLE BRANDED HANDBAGS AND NORMAL HANDBAGS..

so my take after trading so many years....buy quality stock for long term..only sells it when you need to use money..if you want to scalp like a day trader..DOABLE but not easy.. i would have earn more if i didnt sell some of my stocks previously...so my advice to newbie and oldbie.. dont be stubborn with earning alot esp using margins...

gamuda is a stable stock with alot of malaysia and big funds like epf and kwap and others local fund support..its a rm5 stock ..the reason they split shows their confidence the price has upside..this is consider malaysia construction blue chip company..not to say no risk.
one thing for sure..every year for malaysia budget. ..there will be allocation for local construction project..and for sure gamuda will have their share ..

Back during MCO - Gamuda announced they will diversify and expand into key markets like Aussie. Subsequently, Gamuda sold their highways - distribute special dividends and use the proceeds to diversify into Australia. The rest - they say is history. At that time during MCO - Gamuda share price is RM3.++ Pre split.

At that time, there are alot of nay sayers - saying that Gamuda is going to crash and burn. The term bandied around is hero kampung. How can hero kampung going to compete in the international arena with big guns from China and home grown contractors ? Somemore, Aussie govt / Singapore govt all talk about meritocracy / value for money - and don't weight that much on connections.

But fast forward a few years. Gamuda thrived in all these key markets - especially in Aussie + Singapore. This geo diversification is an economic moat that no contractors in Malaysia able to replicate. It cuts off their dependence on Malaysian govt to dish out mega projects.
