Kgkayu, Gamuda-C39 is my best pick among other Gamuda warrants. It has a long maturity date of 192 days, and has a fantastic conversion ratio of only 3:1. Premium is quite low as well, considering the long term to maturity. I plan to Avg down if it faces more selling pressure.

However, do take note of the extreme risks when playing warrants. Dont play warrants if you are not prepared to lose the capital invested on warrants. It is a good tool for leverage, but high returns comes with high risk. All the best.

C39 also my pick among other call warrant. However if there is dividend coming out from mother then we have to consider more. Exercise price is 5.35. Buying at 0.025 mean the mother have to be around 5.42 only we break even. Do you think gamuda will go to 5.42 in next year May? I think I will .. this is gamble , win big or loss all

The Company wishes to announce that it has on 28 November 2017 entered into an Agreement with MRCB to co-operate with each other to secure the award as the Project Delivery Partner (“PDP”) for the project known as “Kuala Lumpur to Singapore High Speed Rail” (“Project”).

The salient information of the Agreement are as follows:

1. The interest of Gamuda and MRCB in the PDP shall be as follows:

Gamuda : 50%

MRCB : 50%

2. Upon the successful award as the PDP, Gamuda and MRCB shall enter into the relevant definitive agreement(s) to formalise the joint venture and to set out the rights and obligations of each party in the said joint venture.

Gamuda will make the necessary announcement to Bursa Malaysia as and when there is a material development in relation to the Project.

This announcement is dated 28 November 2017.
