The last 5 year history or record showed that this counter only had a brief rally period which was not sustained for long. Effectively the major shareholders did not do much to reward its long term minority shareholders in terms of capital appreciation like other more reputable property counters like LBS. It looks like the company or its principals have no or little regards or confidence from the investment community. It is simply a hopeless company after all as its share price has been one of the worst performing for the last 3 years.

I just invest in a dozen or so counters. I have small, small position only. Are you referring to OSK or OSKVI? OSK I only entered after CNY while OSKVI I accumulated little by little at every opportunity during the whole of last year. I try to be invested in every sector, going for the most undervalued counter within each sector. I have been able to expand my portfolio mainly because the huge realised gains I earned are been reinvested.

for me it seems slightly bad,dividend down from 2.5 to 2 cts,EPS down from 2.44 to 2.43.won't go down a lot though if anyone think of mega sales, maybe a bit cheap sales got only.....hahaha

yup bought the land belong to my fren's fren. the owner bought the land for 1 mil in 1993 and sold to trop about 6-8 years ago at around 7 or 8 mil. the owner of the land is the owner of proton car sales at dato keramat opposite stadium one
