so far this counter can continue make good profit and give good dividend .
the most important is the nta if the nta near 3 ringgit plus good profit and good dividend .
for clever businessman like him.sure sapu as much as possible .
because many company sure will go in property business later or sooner . because nothing can earn more money than property business . many outsider company sure will.join property industry after they earn money from their business .
like us also after we have money we also buy property if no money like me laso borrow money from bank to invest in property why :
( my uncle buy a house at kepong at 50k when his is young now can sell 700k .
see 50k can made 700k profit . only property can do that . beside property another can do that is selling drug or kena 4d .
