Why does felicity say tropicana is hugely undervalued? NTA wise, at 50% its not that much compared to others, and the properties/land are held in the books at 2010 etc value, not that undervalued.

Different gurus have different criterias to buy stocks. P/NTA 0.42 meaning you pay 42 sen for RM 1 asset definately undervalued.

As at 31 December 2017, being the latest practicable date prior to the date of this announcement, Tropicana’s public shareholding spread is 24.96%.

weird
glomac quite strong . now prices keep hit history lowest.

I like their development alot, but if want to argue value, plenitude, daiman, uems offer better value quantitatively.

What are the qualitative things tropicana have going for it compared to say daiman or uems
