China share index will rebound back to 4500 soon. I estimate LBS share price will rebound back to RM 1.70 and LBS WA will rebound back to RM0.70.

Last year they declare 6 sen dividend after they received the payment from Hong Kong. This year is totally different which they never announce receive the payment from Hong Kong.

Please update yourself, check bursa announcement. Weakening in RM vs HKD have give rise to higher cash proceed, in fact LBS in Sept already announce allocation about RM 45m to payout as special dividend or 8sen/share, but somehow, LBS decided to cut down to 6sen to be in line with previous year payout, and to reserve more cash hoard perhaps for higher yearly dividend payout next.

It is the first major combined bridge and tunnel sea-crossing project in China. Will reduce travel time from Hong Kong to Macau or Zhuhai from over three hours to just half an hour. A 38km bridge in the South China Sea will form a fixed crossing over the Pearl River Estuary between Zhuhai and Macau on the western side and Hong Kong on the eastern side. The 29.6km main section is in Zhuhai waters and comprises 22.8km of bridge work including three cablestayed bridges with spans ranging from 280m to 460m, viaducts spanning 75m and 110m, a 6km tunnel and two artificial island

The functions of the Bridge are to meet the demand of passenger and freight land transport among Hong Kong, the Mainland (particularly the region of Pearl River West) and Macao, to establish a new land transport link between the east and west banks of the Pearl River, and to enhance the economic and sustainable development of the three places.
