I AGREED WITH KEN LOO, THEY ALREADY ACCUMULATED BEFORE THIS "GOOD NEWS" COME OUT.... THESE FEW DAYS THEY WILL TAKE HUGH PROFIT UNTIL VOLUMN IS BACK TO NORMAL...I THINK THE SELLER AND THE BUYER IS THE SAME OPERATOR!! Please read page 4 of the CIMB report. No doubt there have been a lot selling in the last few days. Who are the 30 mil or 40 mil share buyers now in the last 2 days? The retail players? Please look at the hidden value mentioned on page 4.....

Let it fall back to 0.90 or below then go in. Now they are using the news to dispose higher & press down to collect back, typical behaviour of this counter. There will be another round but you got to wait & hold.

The disposal of the land will partly be used to pare down their debts 300M & they could announce dividend payment. Buy low is key here.

It may be also good to check the track record of the analyst. The same analyst did a good job in recommending Hua Yang 2 years ago (when hardly any other research houses bother to cover this co) as follows:-

Yes...RM$900 million is minimum for ZIC , therefore RM$2.00 is minimum (upto RM$3.XX) ..but shake shake all the contra players out first....
