When Splash was Sold to Air Selangor, i remember KPS hit RM2.01 (2)----Now KPS asset is almost 3 times
more during Splash era but price is 2X less

special dividend should exclude "normal year-end dividend"-- Normally management give about 4.5cents p.a.
Since 2023 is not a good year except 4Q23( maybe )---I think management will give another 2cents since
last Qr they already give 1 cent

Based on the disposal price of RM265.48 million and a book value of RM148.05 million, the group will recognize a one-time profit of approximately RM117.43 million in fiscal year 2024.

Kps going back to its core business is correct

Kps disposing non core business like King Koil mattress is good for a special dividend

Next can be disposed is CENBOND

Can get Rm210 mil and over 40 sen cash for another dividend

KPS asset quality is top. Every major subsidiaries can reap in few hundred million ringgit sales.

I estimate:

CPI: RM800mil
Toyoplas: RM400mil
Cenbond: RM350mil
KingKoil: RM300mil
NGC: RM50mil
Aquaflo: RM100mil

RM1.8bil minus RM400mil debt…

At least RM1.4bil cash.

Not including newly acquired MDS Advance which may be worth RM100mil.

For the longest time Kps was 70¢, Kseng was 3.60, Insas was 80¢ but nobody want buy. Now see where they are now.
If u missed those, there's Mphbcap. When it moves...... easily 1.50. Just a matter of time.
