KPS asset quality is top. Every major subsidiaries can reap in few hundred million ringgit sales.

I estimate:

CPI: RM800mil
Toyoplas: RM400mil
Cenbond: RM350mil
KingKoil: RM300mil
NGC: RM50mil
Aquaflo: RM100mil

RM1.8bil minus RM400mil debt…

At least RM1.4bil cash.

Not including newly acquired MDS Advance which may be worth RM100mil.

10billion allocated for Old Pipes changing every 2 years......2 billions needed for Selangor alone. KPS smart
piping already has certification from Air Selangor before Covid. That is the main reason KPS dispose KingCoil

For the longest time Kps was 70¢, Kseng was 3.60, Insas was 80¢ but nobody want buy. Now see where they are now.
If u missed those, there's Mphbcap. When it moves...... easily 1.50. Just a matter of time.

Kps stands a good chance

Now we can see some pro-active move by Kps to sell King Koil business to go back to its core job of water again

However do take note
Kps serves a market of only 8 million people so it is possible for Kps to go up 30% to 50% price rise no problem after Pba surged

Now can consider palm oil palm 🌴 shares like Jaya Tiasa, Thplant and Tsh Resources.
Palm oil is exported to China, India and Pakistan teeming billions and whole world market

Now water tariff up only 22 sen and people chased up Pba from 80 sen to Rm2.50

Palm oil was now rm3900
And cost of Cpo production Rm2000
So there is a huge 95% gross profit

At current penny stock level is very cheap

But unlocking value will take time
