on 23/3/2017, http://www.theedgemarkets.com/my/article/selangor-will-not-chip-splash-deal-says-azmin, just merely reaffirmed what Azmin mentioned previously where selangor gov will not chip in but rather fully funded by PAAB.

Where the deal can be striked before 7th Apr deadline still 50% 50%.

The more they delay the more costly the acquisition will be, book value will keep going up as long as the company is making profit. Splash made 300mil profit in FY16.
