If the company is as good as wat he said, no one will sell 100% stake to him. Only maturity to decline stage, people will dispose all. If i know the company future is good, i will keep part of the shareholding. Really lousy management. Too much money, don know where to spend. If the acquisition is good news, it will reflect on the price........
