If PH returns, PH waterpipe replacement project under Dr Xavier will surely starts. If don't replace
Air Selangor will go Bankrupt soon. Pipe water loss in Selangor is 30%. Just imagine lastest Kps one year water cleaning chemical contract worth 80mil and 24mil worth of chemical will be lost
thru leaking water pipes

Air selangor bankrupt ? lol !...since Mar this year...they implemented min charge...no more free water unless u met their B40 criteria....it is expected from this alone they expect to collect around 300m extra...and also , pipe replacement project is under state govt....now that sgor govt owned all the water assets (which was transferred to fed govt under wasia act) and now under lease/operate methods....they will have more funds to allocate to improve and reduce NRW...so yes...pipe replacement project is definitely coming up soon...and kps is targetting this and also the smart water meter replacement contract.......so keep watch !!
