Gamuda announced 38sens Special divi. 2months ago ( price 3.90 ) and declared 38sens Ex-Date 13 Dec.
Price Friday was 3.86, no effect on price while KWSP still disposing 5m, Why?

Marked today price 0.73. If you buy 29Nov @ 0.73, and on 9Dec, price drop to 0.665, you gain Nothing from
0.065 Total Dividend.
Just like Gamuda, give 0.38 SD but at Ex-Date lost all dividend. I think this will happen as KWSP keep selling

KPS) expects to enhance its future profitability on an enlarged earnings base with the acquisition of a 100 per cent equity stake in MDS Advance Sdn Bhd via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Perangsang Dinamik Sdn Bhd, for RM85 million.

The purchase consideration of RM85 million values MDS Advance within the industry benchmark in terms of enterprise value/earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EV/EBITDA) ratio of 7.9 times, which will be fully satisfied by internally generated funds, KPS said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.

lol. KPS management by lousy management. Simply buy other company at premium price. The biggest joke is acquisition of King Koil. King Koil going to be a drag to KPS. Toyoplas and CPI also game over as demand of household appliances drop significantly and cost increasing.

SinGor fool, go look into the detail of the P&L statement, KPS register a OPERATING LOSS OF 69million !! NEt profit mainly due to a one off disposal gain of SPRINT for RM131 mil. Next Quarter no more one off gain, result will be very terrible ! Tomorrow ur last chance to run for life.

While its true that there will not be one off gain, but the acquisition of MDL will be taken into consideration. The price movement these few weeks have already reflected its consideration for the disposal. Might see a drop tomorrow, then next catalyst will be based on MDL. Checked SSM information for MDL, seems promising with the acquisition PE well below SPFTech/UWC with PG included.

Meanwhile at the same time gov to retender Rasau project as per announcement in parliament, another newly opened door for KPS.

Let's continue to see.
