If you take 6k to buy ihh in 2017
Hold 1 year
dividen ihh give is RM 30

But

If you take 6k to 7k range buy KPJ in 2017
Hold 1 year
Dividen they give is RM413

Ihh x1

So which is better ??

Kpj can be a speculative stock, or a long term stock.It is a fundamentally strong stock but
priced cheaply so that it is also good for trading.Going forward this year the warrant
Is expiring coming Jan. (Exercise price 1.01). Expect some speculative play. It would
likely be trading between 1 to 1.3. JCorp holds most of the warrants.I do not expect it
to throw them away.

KPJ is not for Contra or Short term or Medium Term player, they are stock for Long Term or for someone to invest as long profit gain, trust me. Buy and keep it for a while, u will get the return as good as KPJ value. To those who play contra or short my advise dun buy,,,u will regret if they up slowly...

dun worry on EPF selling out their share, I very sure they will come back very very soon..fyi KJP have no issue with Govt totally independent stock. It Johor own company with Sultan Johor once of their shareholders.

That's why you just buy and dont ask questions. When company is cash rich and buys back, there is only one reason. Or two. And guess what reducing the number of floating shares will do to the price - less share, higher price.

Silly to buyBack at 1.10 ystd. The fundMgr is using Co funds recklessly. They could easily buyBack at lower price

Though kpj pays 4 times of dividend the yield is not attractive. Having said that it's a longTerm play

This is a good buy until RM1.30. Strong fundamentals. Over the past two years, this group has been concentrating on building its stable of hospitals, even after being one of the largest private hospital group, if not the largest. It also has a healthy cash balance. All the investments of the past two years are now coming into fruition to increase its presence in the country. With good consistent dividends for shareholders, it is not standing on good stead to reap a bounty harvest from its business.

EPF just makan half a million shares last month end. Qtr results will be out in less than 3 weeks. Buyback two days ago was at 1.10. Go figure how much it's going to move to next level - and that's before roughly anticipating the profit this quarter.

Today's lack of interest is reflective of regional markets following Turkey's financial woes and there is lack of volume to read into any signs. Chart still looks good, so one can only assume that the bulls are taking a breather for another breakout tomorrow. It may retest the 1,18 mark and break the 1.20 even
