It's under valued. Not over. MSC is world second largest tin mining company. Furthermore their new plant in pulau indah is coming up soon, and their production effieciency will sure be better alot than current profit.

with the technology if hybrid and eco friendly power usage, Tin is a necessary raw materials for all hybrid battery construction. This company is full of potential, do you guys aware that 2ft x 2ft x 2ft of Tin block, is very very high in price? Tin business will always be good, just need some famous valuer to value the company only.

it is very depend on what you said over value or under value. If Pulau Indah factory start bring in revenue, I think it can be under value. all the few Quarter loss because of both plant overhead too high. so you decide you self. but I believe soon or later Pulau Indah factory revenue should kick in.
