I don’t think you can get 5 sen dividend in future although the company paid 7 sen last few years. I think 70 sen is cheap.

All depend on EPS next year. Their money all go into land already. With 200% increase of share, not easy to maintain their dividend. I foresee is around 3 sen.

I have diff opinion, buy BDB and when OR cease trading, the shareholder will push the price to higher so that people will willing to convert to mother. That is the time to sell. Unless u r long term investor. Property market is very soft nowadays.

Raise around 90mil plus through right issue,.give u free bonus issue. Another 100mil through giving share to the land owner, means Kedah gov arm company. Another 10mil through cash from BDB. All together ard 200mil. Land owner bought the land at 40mil plus now sell at 200mil. BDB have no plan to use the land now. Is for future. In my opinion, is Kedah state gov who need the money to develop. Just my opinion.

Anyway, I believe would not drop below 70 sen. 65 sen is the lowest the price can go. Else, no one will buy the right issue.
