taiwan company operate in china going back to taiwan to operate now~~ Malton winning contract in taipei city one. sure very profitable. plus this stock low PE, good cash, malaysia property market ady btm out... I can see no reason for it to drop back to 40 senssss

people are reacting on the news of PAVREIT pulling out , didn't realize that the price already went up even before news come out, and notice that someone is collecting the shares even retailers are dumping it.. something is brewing

More like a bailout using money from PAVREIT to cover the tight cashflow of Malton.
Anyway, pouring billions out will only cause less dividend for current shareholder of PAVREIT.
