very funny that you don't know all the times this counter is manipulating counter! Since I follow this counter after it issue RCLS in 2011, Price has been all the time manipulated and Malton one time down to 0.49 and few times cross RM1 before it touches high of 1.9+. I sold all my holding in May 2017 at average 1.6. If you needs a counter which is not manipulated, I suggest you invest in Sunway , Matrix, Maybank and many others with price average growth more than 15% and consistence good dividend.

After change government economy no good markets uncertain ,funds manager and foreign funds selling.. money would not flow in fundamental big cap and mid cap stock now no prospects because everybody scare buy high losses money ,expect fund manager money would flow out in big and mid cap stock cannot hold and buy.
TOP volume all low prices stocks. PN17 cheap penny cannot buy .This is a opportunity ,markets money now flows in cash rich penny cheaper stocks. sharks now start goreng lows price stock at bottom..

unless malton gets involved with bandar malaysia. if ecrl is going to negri sembilan, maybe on the way may stop at bm. iwcity is hotter but never know desmond lim and lim kang hoo may do a jv. many possibilities.
