KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 3): Khee San Bhd (KSB) is placing out 94 million new shares representing about 45.11% of the candy manufacturer's enlarged issued base to Mamee-Double Decker (M) Sdn Bhd at 25 sen each to raise funds to support KSB's business operations. KSB's share price jumped on news of the share placement, which will make Mamee-Double Decker the controlling shareholder of KSB.

In a statement to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, KSB said that upon completion of the share placement or proposed subscription to Mamee-Double Decker, KSB will undertake a renounceable rights issue of 208.4 million new KSB shares at an indicative 18 sen each. The rights issue will be undertaken on the basis of one rights share for one existing KSB share.

some people like to take 50% plus 1 share so that they can sleep at night

so while its possible for share price to increase further.

please understand that once they have 50% plus 1 share, buying support will suddenly stop.

after that may decrease temporarily
and you must be able to hold some time before the share price will increase again.

you must understand how people behave

they sold
then they saw that still got demand
they gamble that if they buy some more can sell even higher

they sell again
mistake
still got demand
so buy again
then sell

until suddenly saw no demand anymore

thats why close off peak of 56 sen at 48 sen

example

sold 38 sen
mistake
buy back 38
sold 40 sen mistake
buy back
sold 45

thats how it works

so share volume looks high but its just the same share.

Mamee ini power, ku tau opis besar kat Subang Jaya, ku juga tau Mirzan pernah duduk kat BOD. Kalau awak pergi supermarket Mamee instant noodle duduk sebelah maggie mee, banyak products Mamee, labeling pun menarik. Ku memang makan mee Mamee sebab sedap dari Maggie mee. Lagipun masa Mamee delisted dulu sebab Mamee rasa their price not fair kat market and also tak perlu public funding lagi, so mereka delisted harga 4.39 sen tak silap. Lepas delisted BOD Mamee memang pernah cakap kat press nak listed semula kat Hong Kong atau Singapore dalam masa 2 tahun.
