Awaiting for stronger quarter result, once release, I'm expecting HSL to break RM 2.00 for portfolio to reap at least 10% profit and HSL-CD to break 10sen for portfolio to reap 10x higher profit, a massive potential 100% profit :D)
Invest CD with cautious .... CD due date on 11/11/2016 .... HSL must win big projects n price go above 2.10 .... otherwise CD would hv no value by due date .... cheers ....
Next resistance level at RM 1.90, follow by RM 2.00. Upcoming q result will be cataylst if Hsl can deliver higher profit from recent secure infra work and higher progress billing from property development
Hsl is one of the most efficient construction player, it profit margin is relative high, fetch 12-15% for infra work. In additional, Hsl newly stream of profit generating come from property development also command one of the highest profit margin among all player, fetch profit margin more than 30% comparable to those UOA, Ksl and huayang.
hng33, you are right, one of the reasons why i chose HSL is also their much higher profit margin.. they are good at managing/controlling their construction cost...
For HSL, Portfolio have dual exposure, both HSL and HSL-CD. Portfolio have earlier accumulate several batch of HSL, range from 2.06, 1.92, 1.88, 1.76, then entitle dividend and later bought more 1.71-1.72 to come out with average cost RM 1.83++ and subsequent further average down with last batch at 1.76 which come together with new exposure in HSL-CD at 5sen, 4.5sen and latest yesterday 6sen.
I'm expecting HSL to break RM 2.00 for portfolio to reap at least 10% profit and HSL-CD to break 10sen for portfolio to reap 10x higher profit margin, a massive potential 100% profit :D)
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
