Well Firebird2, I still have a long way to go as I'm now only managed to collect 65,000 shares n another 35.000 shares more to acquire...............no hurry as the price still stays within 4.10 n below.

Yes Firebird2, as long as v can keep our investment as long term then v can see it appreciating n our profit will be more...................moreover this is a growth counter.

EPF is really smart, selling high and collecting at a lower price. That's what they have been doing. I don't mind to wait but sometimes it is really annoying to see price going down when the overall market sentiment is improving.

nicholasnwh90, this counter needs a lot of patience n is good for long term investment as it is mainly controlled by the three big players/investors/shareholders, namely the EPF, the Aberdeen Asset Management Groups n the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group. They can easily push up or push down the counter anytime they want to but with their support the counter can go up very high. They'll know what to do with their investments n v will have to follow them in order to make profit. V buy whenever they push down n sell whenever they push up then v can make some profit. Trade as own risk.

Aeon is a good growth counter n the NTA will follow its growth................I invested in this counter for long term n will keep on accumulating whenever I've excess fund. Trade at own risk.

Disappointed quarter but need not scare. Profit drop due to advertisement n promotion expenses, electric tariff increasing, defered tax need to pay, expension cost..
Good management will find ways to handle it.
Future will have electrical n furniture busimess so revenue will increase n profit will be better..

Yes, it's a three-storied building n rental of retail spaces should be one of their main revenue which I think would be good owing its big n large building with a lot of spaces. I think it'll be opening soon.
