it won't go up as long as the 3 call warrants issued by IB haven't expired in September. they will lock the price just to keep the warrant out-of-money. that's what they are.

Is my understanding correct, the warrants if exercise at price lower than the current share price, they might sell at a lower price (already have profit) and this might bring the share price down.

i agree that warrant is one of the culprit that handicap price going up especially if the warrant hold by outsiders is a lot, then warrant issuer will try all their financial power to prevent price hit execution price.
