Dragonfai,哈哈，还好，你呢～petronas的业绩也是市场预料里头，没什么特别，给政府的税收少了，但政府有消费税填补，对政府来说逼不得已要实施消费税这一步，也难以避免。油气领域也难免愈伐无力，影响肯定有的咯，是多是少由市场自己衡量吧～

7up,以前买股票都是道听途说的，那时对股票一窍不通买了就当做FD一样放着不管才会有这种下场。如果说真正在股市里混是今年5月才开始的，当时从朋友的tips尝到了一点甜头才陷进这鳄鱼谭，从中也被烫到手过也这样开始意识到没一定的技巧与知识分分钟钟会成为鳄鱼口中的一块肉，从那时开始到处找资料，看部落格才开始这个旅程。世上没有解决不了的事只有过不去的人，加油！

Letter of Intent 其实和 Letter of Award 是一样的。
都是颁发工程的证书。
我们的政府部门都是用 letter of intent.

～dragonfai,我明白，对于人民来说，的确不是适当的时刻，可是对于政府来说，是很适合的时机。国家信誉评级的确不能持续降级，不然马币会更加不堪一击，站在他们的观念，立场，永远都是国家利益走前提，如果他们不实施消费税，这个洞有点盖不掉，因为我们的政府养太多傀儡了，试问有多少国家的政府是真正体恤中下层人民困苦，的确少之又少。前朝政府所做出来的烂伉，要当朝政府去买单，的确有点难度。国运只有国运的步伐，既然这是改变不了的事实，就顺势而行吧，那样你会活得开心一点。
