Why OR so many sellers at 0.5 sen? If free warrants can sell at 0.5 sen(1 sen not impossible) and mother at least 1 sen(1.5-2 sen not impossible) what is wrong to subscribe RI at 1 sen?

Every one share 2 warrants already in my a/c in addition if i subscribe to RI then every 2 RI qualifies 1 warrant n d dateline is 11/12. Entitlement date 26/11.

Ring, if that is the case then good new. But they still have not credited the warrant to my CDS as I still have mother share. When they credit the so call warrant to your CDS?

So far they only credited Hubline-OR to my CDS on 26/11. And If I read correctly, every 4 RI you subscribed, you will get 1 warrant free, I cant be reading wrong....

I got 19200 shares n my account credited with Hubline-OR 38400 shares n what is this Hubline-OR now trading @ 0.005 cts n not warrant as stated earlier becoz i am confused.

@ring, the current OR is ordinary right, not warrant, it will be removed from your portfolio soon...now you have 38400 OR...so if you would like to subsribe 38400 share, then hold it and go subsribe...if you don wan subsribe, you can sell out the rights..if you want to subsribe more, buy more OR from open market..

...haiz..why so many ppls dont know such basic thing? please do some study on share, warrant, call warrant, put warrant, right share...=X

after subscribe, they will give you 1 warrant B for each 4 right share subsribe.

For example, if you subsribe 38400 ..they will give you 38400 hubline share and 9600 HUBLINE-WB ..

DDK nothing wrong to subscribe(unless you don't have the money) since RI only 1 sen but come with free warrants. Free warrants should fetch at least 0.5 sen what about if mother you can sell say at 1.5 sen are you losing money subscribing RI?

Latest QR Hubline post profit the restructuring exercise is good for Hubline in long run.

Even if every shareholders fully subscribe the OR. Hubline debt is still oustanding at RM162,712 million. Which means the OR only cleared 17% of the overall debt. And debts incurred from the now defunct Container Shipping Business will be around 142.01 million.

From where will hubline generate the income to pay off the 142.01 million?
Of course from their current business that is generating profits/income.

So how long does Hubline need to clear off that debt?
The longer it takes, the longer we will be stranded with our shares.

What will happened if debtors start taking legal action Hubline should they failed to extend their restraining orders?

I'm not worried about the debts incurred from the Dry Bulk Business as it has been generating profits and able to pay off the debts gradually.

I'm still 50/50 whether to subscribe the RI.

What is Hubline outstanding shares currently? how many shares upon right issues subscription? and upon conversion of warrants (if any, that is)? Why the share spike to 2 cents butthe show lasted only couple of days? The reason no other to create interest to give a glimer of hope so ppl will subscribe to this right.THis is not the first time HUbline is issuing rights to pare down its debt.. It is the only thing Hubline directors are capable of doing. DONT BE SUCK IN AGAIN! Dont throw good money over Bad Rubbish.

Hubline detractors when we buy any stocks please think the stocks can move up from our buying price(and also how much it can drop). Hubline case can it drop to 0.5 sen(or rather can it move up to 1.5 or even 2-3 sen) compare to say if we buy Sumatec say 14 sen and it drop to 12 sen or even 10 sen? Or XOX if we buy at 30 sen and now 21.5 sen or even below 20 sen?

So if you buy Hubline now downside is limited compare to other stocks.
