diversification into contruction and property, expected

1. tiles - can sell to construction arm to build the property, eg, winning warisan merdeka enable seacera to sell tiles to them, imagine 118 floors!

2. construction - warisan merdeka, electric fence

3. property - kajang land 500 acres, melaka, etc

conclusion: dirt cheap, need to wait for warisan merdeka only have analyst that covers them
